The Walled Garden Bistro is really warm
and friendly and serves traditional, wholesome food with a twist.
Its masterfully-created ‘Hot
Pot’ sits comfortably alongside old favourites like pan
fried fillet steak. The combination of local, seasonal produce
served in such a relaxing and welcoming setting conjures up all
that is good about country living.
Healey’s Restaurant
At Healey’s Restaurant, carefully-selected ingredients
are combined with flair and imagination to produce dishes which
can often look too good to eat! Chef Andrew Nash has created
such locally inspired specialties as ‘Cannon of Lancastrian
Lamb’ and ‘Flash Roasted Bowland Venison’.
The restaurant has a lively, cosmopolitan feel, with upbeat service
and an atmosphere to match.
