Its masterfully-created ‘Hot Pot’ sits comfortably alongside old favourites like pan fried fillet steak. Healey’s Restaurant

At Healey’s Restaurant, carefully-selected ingredients are combined with flair and imagination to produce dishes which can often look too good to eat! Chef Andrew Nash has created such locally inspired specialties as ‘Cannon of Lancastrian Lamb’ and ‘Flash Roasted Bowland Venison’. The restaurant has a lively, cosmopolitan feel, with upbeat service and an atmosphere to match.
